If your shipping address is a PO Box: Canada Post and USPS will be used.
Your email address and your phone number will be used additionally to your shipping address to ensure a smooth delivery.
Canada Post and USPS will be used for all shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, a PO Box, or to Army camps.

The Standard shipping flat rate is for a tracked parcel shipping service with a 5 to 10 business days delivery time.
Standard shipping to Canada is done by Canada Post.
When you get your shipping email notification, it will include your tracking number.
Express Shipping
2 to 5 Business Days Delivery Time.
The Express shipping flat rate is for a Canada Post Xpress Post service or for a FedEx domestic or international air tracked parcel shipping service with a 2 to 5 business days delivery time.

Our FREE shipping promotion: when we make it available; is valid for shipping to Canada and to continental United States only.
FREE shipping is offered with a STANDARD shipping service only.

If you want to get an EXPRESS service for an order entitled to FREE STANDARD shipping; please purchase an EXPRESS shipping upgrade.
