Return policy

"We will make things right"

If you are not happy with your purchase or if there is an issue with an item you have received; we will work with you to resolve this. We appreciate your business and want you to come back to BlueShoppe.com for all your custom headwear needs.

Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received your purchase, we can’t accept a return or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Personalized and custom designed items cannot be returned or exchanged. We will replace a defective item without charge.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as possible. For a refund; a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

It may take 3 to 5 business days before a credit is posted to your credit card statement or to your bank account.

Please contact your credit card company or your bank for information or assistance if your refund is late or missing.

Clearance items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items which include regular priced items on sale may be refunded or exchanged, clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us a picture showing the damage and your order number via email at info@blueshoppe.com  

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please use a shipping service with a tracking number for returning your item as it is the only method available to confirm we will receive your returned item.

Send us your item back in the original packaging.
