Shipping & Customs

I am in the US, what shipping service am I getting?

You will see the shipping charges applicable to your purchase, when you get to your checkout page.
The Standard Shipping flat rate you see is for an international air tracked parcel delivery service with a 5-7 business days delivery time.

When you get your shipping email notification, it will include: Your tracking number.

A FedEx Express 2-4 business days shipping service is also available as a shipping service upgrade.

You will see this under the Standard Shipping menu on your checkout page.

Canada Post and USPS will be used for all shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, a PO Box, or to Army camps.

I am is the US, will I have to pay for customs or import taxes?

Shoppers in the US are allowed purchases of up to $800 USD without incurring customs or import taxes.

Are there import taxes or customs fees if the hats ship to Europe, ...or Australia?

We do not ship outside Canada and the USA at this time.

Ordering

How long does it take for an order to dispatch?

We ship orders everyday. Your order could be dispatched on the same day it is placed. For a custom order or a personalized hat; your order will be dispatched in 1 to 3 business days.

Is there a minimum quantity for custom orders?

There is no minimum quantity required for a custom design order. We can make one hat or as many hats as you need for your event.

Do you do Wholesale?

We do not offer wholesale items at this time. We gladly take volume productions for which we can offer you a volume discount.

I don't see the hat model or color I am looking for. Can you get it for me?

We probably can find the hat you are looking for. Send us a picture, the maker brand, the model number, hat size, or color.

May I send you a hat I want embroidered?

We do not accept stock outside of our regular supply channels at this time.

Do you sell blank hats?

Blank hats are offered throughout our store. You will find the blank hat option listed on the product page where it is available or by doing a store search using the word "blank".

Can you do my logo?

Have you ever had your logo done in embroidery before? Do you have an embroidery file we can use? Custom orders are our specialty. We'll be glad to embroider your logo on a hat of your choice. Send us an image reference of your logo. We will make a simulation of your logo shown embroidered on the hat for your review. A one time digitization fee for making the embroidery file may apply. More information here.

Do you do 3D puff raised embroidery?
